Budget & Policy Center improves publishing capacity

Established in 2005, Budget & Policy Center has grown and expanded considerably while their website remained outdated and difficult to update. They needed a new website to reflect the broader scope and strength of their organization while ensuring visitors can locate and interact more effectively with their analysis. There also wasn't any time to spare as they needed a new website before the state legislature reconvened. 

Budget & Policy Center publishes a large number of budget and policy analysis documents each year and regularly posts to their schmudget blog. We decided Plone was a great fit for managing the content and for making it simple for staff to add publications to the website. We integrated their blog to both create a consistent experience for visitors and to make updating easier for staff.
