Our Office

Our office is located on the 10th floor of the Vance Building in downtown Seattle, on the corner of 3rd and Union.

The Joseph Vance building was built in 1929 and nearly 80 years later is in the midst of getting a green face-lift using Energy Star and LEED-EB as guidelines. You can read more by visiting the Greener Building website.

Our office close to many metro routes, including the University and Westlake downtown bus tunnel stops, which can be the easiest and least expensive way to reach us. Visit the King County Metro Transit site to find an easy route.

We're lucky to have one of the best gelato shops in Seattle, Gelatiamo, on our first floor! Another great reason to stop by and visit.
